For larger volume orders over 1700g (=3.8lb) that cannot be shipped at the above small packet rates I will need to calculate the parcel costs individually for the country you live in.

Shipping:

I dispatch all items from Germany within 2 working days of receipt of full payment.

Please allow 3-7 working days for your package to arrive in the

UK & Europe, and 7-14 working days for delieries to the rest of the world.

I will be happy to answer all your questions within 24 hours. If you haven't heard from me by then I probably did not get your message. In this case please contact me again. I never ignore any e-mails, once I have received them. Please also check your spam/bulk folder - sometimes replies end up in there as well. Thank you kindly.

Refund Policy:

Please ALWAYS read my item descriptions properly, and if something is unclear just contact me through this website - I try very hard to give as much information as I possibly can, so that you know exactly what you are buying from me. If you bought an item but are unhappy with it due to it being damaged or grossly misdescribed please contact me right away for return information. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the exact condition as received - please retain a postal certificate/slip as proof of postage. A full refund (excluding any postage cost for unwanted/bought in error items), replacement or exchange to the same value will be given. If you have received a wrong item you are entitled to a full refund (incl. postage cost), replacement or exchange. Custom and wholesale orders are excluded from the refund policy - for handspun yarns you are very welcome to request a custom yarn sample at any time before you place a larger order.
